You may terminate your rental agreement at any time with a notice period of three months, provided the minimum rental period has passed.
You are free to end your lease with three months’ notice on any date – not just at the end of a month.
Example:
If you give notice on February 10, the earliest possible end date is May 10 – or any date thereafter, as long as the three-month notice period is observed.
Notice must be given in writing – by email or letter is sufficient.
If you do not terminate an open-ended lease, it will automatically continue indefinitely.
There are no formal requirements. However, please ensure you receive a termination confirmation from us to make sure your notice was received on time.
The terms of the rental agreement shall prevail. Any deviating information is non-binding.
