Lost key outside of business hours (24/7)

If you have lost or misplaced your key during the night or on the weekend, remain calm and follow these steps.

1. Try to obtain a spare key from acquaintances.
2. Attempt to locate the lost or misplaced key at the last known location.
3. If you are unable to obtain a key, you can contact a locksmith who performs emergency openings.

Attention! The emergency locksmith service with emergency opening is costly and should only be used in extreme emergencies. All associated costs will be borne by the tenant.
