House Rules of the Co-Working Space

Welcome to the elron club Co-Working Space! To ensure a harmonious and productive work environment, we kindly ask all users to follow the guidelines below:

  1. Active work environment: Our Co-Working Space is not a quiet zone. Discussions and conversations are allowed but should always be conducted with respect for other users.
  2. Shared use of screens: It is allowed to place monitors on the desks, but they must remain accessible to all users.
  3. No long-term desk reservations: Desks may not be reserved for more than one day to ensure fair use for everyone.
  4. Personal belongings: Personal belongings must not be placed or stored in the Co-Working area beyond the duration of a work session. All personal items must be taken with you after the session or stored in a private locker. (Private lockers are only included with paid Co-Working memberships.) Additionally, no food items may be stored overnight in the Co-Working area or in the refrigerator. A work session is considered complete if the workstation is left unattended for more than 15 minutes.
  5. Cleanliness: Please keep the premises clean and tidy. Used dishes must be placed in the dishwasher after use.
  6. Use of printers and copiers: The use of printers and copiers should be reasonable, with a guideline of approximately 100 pages per month per person. Please avoid excessive use of the equipment.
  7. 24/7 access: The Co-Working Space is accessible to all users around the clock, seven days a week.
  8. Lounge use: The lounge is to be used exclusively for professional activities to maintain a productive work environment.
  9. Visitor policy: Visitors are welcome. However, a visitor may not be present more than once a week; otherwise, they will be considered a user and must sign up for a Co-Working membership.
  10. Use of other locations: Memberships include free access to additional locations. Please contact the elron club for access to other locations.
  11. Info screens: Info screens must not be turned off to ensure that important information is available to all users.
  12. Reporting damages and contamination: Please report any accidental damage or contamination to the elron club as soon as possible so that we can address it promptly. +41 41 203 33 66, +41 76 336 33 66 (WhatsApp), service@elron.club
