House Rules of the Co-Working Space

Welcome to the elron club Co-Working Space! To ensure a harmonious and productive working environment, we kindly ask all users to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Active Workspace: Our Co-Working Space is not a quiet zone. Discussion and conversation are permitted, but always with consideration for other users.
2. Shared Use of Screens: It's allowed to place screens on office desks, but they must be accessible to all users.
3. No Long-Term Reservation of Workstations: Workstations may not be reserved for more than one day to ensure fair usage for all.
4. Cleanliness: Please keep the premises clean and tidy. Used dishes must be placed in the dishwasher after use.
5. Use of Printers and Copiers: Printer and copier usage should be reasonable, with an approximate guideline of 100 pages per month per person. Please do not overuse the devices.
6. 24/7 Access: The Co-Working Space is accessible to all users around the clock, seven days a week.
7. Lounge Use: The lounge area is for professional activities only to maintain a productive work environment.
8. Visitor Policy: Visitors are welcome. However, a visitor may not be present multiple times a week; otherwise, they are considered a user and must obtain a Co-Working subscription.
9. Shared Use of Other Locations: With a subscription, additional locations can be used free of charge. Please contact the Elron Club for access to other locations.
10. Info Screens: Info screens must not be turned off to provide important information to all users.
11. Reporting Damages and Contaminations: Please report accidental damages or contaminations to the Elron Club immediately so that we can resolve them promptly.
