What requirements do I need to fulfill for the conclusion of the rental agreement?

Here you will learn what requirements you must meet for the conclusion of the rental agreement and which documents need to be submitted.

After receiving your binding rental contract request, we will have your creditworthiness checked by a debt collection partner. If the check does not yield satisfactory results, we reserve the right to reject the rental agreement or to conduct a Comprehensive Creditworthiness Check, for which we may request additional documents, including but not limited to:

• Debt collection register extract
• Payslips
• Employment contracts
• References
• Proof of assets

Individuals under 26 years of age will undergo a Comprehensive Creditworthiness Check from the outset, with some of the aforementioned documents required to be submitted.

We expressly reserve the right to set the security deposit above the usual amount or to reject the rental agreement without stating reasons.
